Cost and timeline

Will I know the price before anything starts?

Yes. After a free first chat we send a fixed quote that spells out what’s included and when each part is ready. The price on it is the price you pay, unless you ask us to add something.

When could it be live?

Roughly 1 to 2 weeks for a landing page, 3 to 6 weeks for an online store and 6 to 12 weeks for a custom system. The dates are in your quote, and you try working screens long before launch.

Not sure where to start

All I have is a problem, not a plan. Is that enough?

That’s how most of our projects begin. Walk us through a normal day and where time gets wasted. We’ll come back with what’s worth building first and what can wait.

We already have a system. Do we have to throw it away?

Not usually. We can extend it, add an AI assistant on top, link it to the apps you use, or move your records across to something new with the history intact.

Once it’s live

Who looks after it once it’s live?

We do. Hosting, monitoring, fixes, small changes as you grow, and updates when a service it relies on changes. When something comes up, you message the people who built it.

If we stop working together, what do I keep?

Everything. Your data can be exported at any time, and once the project is fully paid the source code is yours as well.

Can I change prices and photos myself?

With an online store or business system, yes: you get an admin page for products, prices, photos and text, and we show you how to use it. Landing pages and company websites are plain pages with no admin, so send us the changes on WhatsApp and we update them for you.

How will I know how it’s going?

You’ll hear from us on WhatsApp throughout, and we share working screens as they’re ready, so your feedback shapes the build instead of arriving at the end.

Can we meet face to face?

Around Johor Bahru, yes. Businesses in the rest of Malaysia work with us over WhatsApp and video calls.
